    新玩具

    曾經想過戒掉,但奈何早晨有了它,使早餐時會感到滿足的東西,我再找不到理由要戒掉 -- 咖啡。
     
    其實小時候,家裡也有一部蒸溜咖啡機,要用濾紙的一種。但其實沖煮出來的咖啡,跟一般用熱水沖到濾紙煮咖啡的一種方法,感覺上是無異的。近來嘗試用濾紙沖煮法,不過大為失望,咖啡不好喝。最後發現,原來咖啡不好喝是因為咖啡粉太劣(貪少便宜,無印特價貨,千萬不要買!),與煮法無關。但對於星巴克的latte,一直都想在家中沖煮,但要做一杯latte,必需先要調配espresso咖啡。昨天,終於給我置了一部咖啡機回家了。一個月前在工廠區訂購,價錢要比在Sogo買的要便宜數百元。今天下午試機,操作時的轟隆聲響真的很嚇人呢!
     
    第一杯沖的是用無印咖啡粉,我一廂情願地相信,好的機器可以將劣的咖啡粉起死回生,但最終失敗了!!那種不好的味道,在espresso裡更放大了很多陪,所以千萬不要買無印咖啡粉(最便宜的一款)。最後,我的第一杯自沖espresso,是用來倒了。
     
    第二杯是惠康特價咖啡粉(我最愛特價),味道好多了,就是嗅起來都比較香。不過在打奶時,由於未有購置拉花壺,亦不懂控制,結果打出了泡沫,但又未到capuccino。
     
    結論是:要煮出好咖啡,要多嘗試、多練習呢!

    咖啡注的好像過多了…我通常注大概1.5 spoon。那個拉花是好的嘗試,不過我看像是核爆後的磨菇雲的形狀。現在我每晚也泡一杯咖啡,感覺就如旺仔牛奶那個小胖般滿足的說(雖然泡咖啡的功夫還是很遜…)。
